"The room was perfect for the price. Decent breakfast available. Small workout room. As I drive around I noticed a few homeless people around. This area was affected by Helene so I was happy to help their economy recover. Beautiful area in general. "

"This hotel was great! Super friendly staff, amazing pool with two slides, clean room. The price was amazing. Location is great to walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The back walkway by the creek was lovely. We saw bears in the evening. New clean towels were brought in daily, but beds were not made. My only 2 complaints are the fitted sheets did not stay on the bed. Maybe a little sheet upgrade is needed. And I would have loved some protein with the free breakfast. But the kids loved the pancakes! "

"TV was not connected for some reason. Other than that it was great. WHOEVER the front desk employee was when we checked in needs a HUGE RAISE or potentially a management opportunities. Unless she already is, then that would make sense. She was incredible and made us feel at home at the first hello! "
