"We drove from North Carolina to WV for a ski trip at Winterplace ski resort. The host was very responsive and so kind! Can’t thank him enough for being so accommodating with our situation. This cabin is a very easy 12 min drive to the ski resort so it was very quick to get to and from! The host kindly kept the road to cabin plowed as well as the parking spots! Very cozy and very CLEAN. "I have traveled quite often to many small towns and I can say this location did not disappoint. The only negative is a few things being out dated such as the unpainted area on the wall that had been repaired BUT this will be my main stay hotel for the next couple of months. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good (especially cinnamon waffles), and the coffee was really good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would recommend"

"This house was awesome! It was very clean you had everything you could think of to need for your stay. The host was amazing and checked on us to make sure we arrived and if we had a question she responded quickly! The kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed. Our Luna (dog) loved the openness to play with her toys. I highly recommend booking this house it was close to a lot of restaurants, dollar general, and really anything you need."

"We like the price and the cleanliness and the comfort of the bed. I often wake at a hotel with sore back and shoulders, but not at Skyline! The downside is that people can be heard outside your door, but that is more on people than on the lodge. It would seem after 10pm you might keep your voices down! We will stay again!!"

"The staff were so courteous and kind! Pool and hot tub were open. I got in the hot tub turned on jets and got in! Later after foam was everywhere I called the front desk. They sent maintenance right away. Maintenance told me they put chemicals in and didn’t follow the correct steps. So instead of correcting they closed the pool and hot tub. The patio area was in need of repair. But the manager let us know that he was preparing to paint and had already purchased new furniture. I was really looking forward to relaxing. Unfortunately I didn’t get too!"
