Excellent stay. We were in the ocean view corner room. Terrific view. Samantha, one of the care takers, was exceptional, as was Andy, another staff/owner. Warm reception, all needs taken care of, clean comfortable room, with a great bed.

A dapper hotel in the heart of Invercargill. Crisp decor with comfortable beds. Staff are courteous and welcoming. Enjoyed the eateries at the hotel. The food was scrumptious.

Tower Lodge afforded us a great starting out point for our exploration of Invercargill. It's right across from the attractive water tower (hence, its name), down the street from the beautiful botanical gardens, and near great restaurants. We were here only one night in advance of our trip to Stewart I. the next day, but think the town is worth another visit someday. Owner is especially nice and helpful. She readily called places to get information for us, helped us locate things on maps, etc....

Super clean and new

Lovely place to stay- had everything we needed, friendly staff, clean room with lots of space.

The owner was very nice, the room had everything it should and was clean as a whistle, and I slept like a rock, both nights.

Clean and comfortable with easy on-site parking, good Wifi/smart TV. Very nice staff. Washer/dryer for $NZ 5 per load. Mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, black out curtains. Excellent Indian restaurant a block away.

Solo traveling, I decided last minute to stay in Invercargill. The saint who was working the reception stayed late on her Sunday (St. Patty’s Day) to make sure I got in ok. Even had the room heated and had a biscuit waiting for me. I have to say I was overly impressed with amenities! What a place! Full kitchen with silver/glasswear. 2 smart TVs, lofted bedroom. It was truly better than many so called ‘luxury hotels’ I’ve stayed at, and the value for money of my stay was unmatched. I will be...

Central location. Walking distance to bus transport “hub” at Turatara Lodge. Shopping mall with world’s southernmost Starbucks next door. Kmart a bit longer walk but worth it. Pinch of Spice Indian restaurant is next to Kmart and their lamb bhuna is world class. Laundry on 5th floor free and super convenient just buy detergent at reception and you’ll be ready to step out in style in Invercargill Play the pokies in bar downstairs. The machines are fairly generous especially if you bet 20...

Diana and Noel are the best host and hostess we have experienced in years of staying in B&B accommodations. They are kind, helpful, and delightful company. Their home is beautiful, cozy and full of charm. They provide ample space across many rooms in their home. Your breakfast is home cooked delicious and coffee amazing (Noel is a first rate barista).

Worth recommending. Thank you

I have traveled many places and used many hotels over the years. Among them, it was ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd among the truly memorable places. In particular, what is comparable to other places is that the owner runs everything himself, of course, with well-trained staff, he is friendly, clean, etc., and does a thorough job of welcoming customers. The convenient thing about staying here was that everything a traveler needed was nearby. I had a very comfortable rest as the city center,...

Our hosts were very accomodating for our late arrival! As we were checking out and hubby was trying to clean the windows of our car, one of the housekeeper's offered windex and rags to him so that we could see all the beauty around us! We were given a discount card for a local restaurant and treated very kindly! All was perfect!

Clean room, extremely nice reception staff.

A great place to stay if you are in Invercargill!

Great room and very accommodating staff. Room is very well appointed. We had an awesome stay.

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to parks
