"Hotel was disgusting! Room was not cleaned by maids! Terrible smell! Not warned about construction on first floor! Overpriced!😳"

"The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, the outdoor restaurant above the pool was very good, the dinner was excellent. All of the normal things: Clean room,, Staff, outdoor pool, Beach were excellent . Communications were not so great. We "heard" you had to reserve a beach chair and that you could do it at the beach. So we went down and waited with another family for a long time. We called the number on the beach service sign finally got through to a very pleasant woman who said she would send someone over. That person never showed. So basically the beach, which the reason we chose you, was not available to us, we are not spring chickens and did not bring our own chairs like so many people did. I suppose there was a solution, but it was hot, and by then we were frustrated, so the beach was a bust for us. Also since you do serve "not-young" people , it would be nice if you either had a paper information sheet/magazine, or your on TV information would be more complete, especially when the remote did not work well and we had to hit the buttons several times to choose a site. Very bummed out, will not recommend to others since there are other choices available."

"The location was great. But there wasn’t wasn’t any food available during the day. The coffee shop closed early and the pool bar never opened on Saturday. Our room didn’t get cleaned on our first night there. The maid wanted to get off work early and decided to lie and say certain rooms didn’t want to be cleaned. Other than that it was ok."
