Prime locaton in Old Town

Great apt. in the heart of Old Town Bluffton - clean, nicely decorated and stocked with the essentials for our few days. Love that everything is within walking distance. Did get a bit loud on last night of our stay given restaurants nearby/closing up for the night; but great value and very pleasant experience. Will be back.

Way better than a hotel with clean newer surroundings and in the heart of downtown old Bluffton. Yes, a little pricier than a hotel but if you're staying longer than a night or two you do not want to be by the highway in some holiday inn express type place with noisy neighbors. The furnishings here are newer and the mattresses nice and firm. many restaurants are in walking distance. the only downside is since this apt is in the heart of old Bluffton it can be difficult to gain a parking spot. a few times we had to park in a lot that was three roads over.

Perfect Time in Old Town

We were so pleased with this property and would definitely stay again. The apartment was bright, immaculately clean and well stocked. We loved the location and in no time at all, we felt like a local. The folks in the Coffee Shop downstairs were to very nice and we became regulars there, and we loved all of the choices in restaurants just steps from where we stayed. The distance to Hilton Head is great, and allowed us to visit friends with great convenience. Certainly a top notch property .... thanks to all who made our stay so memorable. Sea Girt Travelers

Bluffton Visit

Property is nice if you do not plan to cook in the apartment. Close proximity to several nice restaurants. There is a third floor unit directly above the unit. If it is rented out to noisy people, do not plan on sleeping much. Finding parking can be a challenge at peak tourist times. Delivery trucks to adjacent restaurants can all delay your ability to come and go.

Great location and clean, but….

The location to Old Town Bluffton and the Promenade is great, you can walk to many cute local shops and restaurants. The property was clean with nice comfortable amenities, although the kitchen was a bit awkward due to its studio style setup, but who needs to worry about cooking with the plethora of great restaurants surrounding you. Our only negative… Every evening starting around 9pm and lasting for several hours we could hear angry outburst of yelling with the occasional F-bombs in between from an adjoining unit. Imagine if you stubbed your toe and screamed out in pain. That’s what we would hear over and over again for hours. This happen consistently every night for our entire 10 night stay. To add to the unnerving yells, on two evenings we were awaken in the middle of the night by a loud thud like someone had dropped a barbell followed of course by those yells again. In conclusion, it’s obvious we will never book this property again nor recommend it based on our personal experience.
