You enter the property on the first floor, where there is a living area opening to the South-facing terrace including a sitting area with a fireplace, TV (English channels), dining area, kitchen and four of the bedrooms. Head downstairs to the ground floor to find the remaining bedrooms and games room.



The first-floor terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy a drink while you admire the views. Or head down to the above-ground wooden swimming pool heated by a warm water pump (size: 5.80m x 5.80m) and pétanque pitch.



The house is situated in the hills above Lake Annecy close to all holiday activities, at the entrance of the village of Bluffy. Various walking / mountain bike tours in the mountains are possible passing by Villard and Alex. Nearest convenience stores in the village of Menthon St Bernard at about 2.5 km.

Please note: Baby cot available on request. Bedroom 5 accessible through Bedroom 6 only. Garden and pool accessible through the main entrance. The house is situated above the road to Bluffy village; occasional traffic noise might be heard in the garden but not inside the house.
