Ótimo hotel localizado em frente a um dos shoppings de Blumenau. Bom café da manhã, sem muita variedade. Bom atendimento no check-in e check-out. Recomendo.

Apenas uma pessoa quando chegamos pra fazer o check in, o que acabou demorando um pouco! A água do chuveiro não estava quente. Cafe da manhã justo e quarto confortável.

A localização nao é muito boa, longe da cidade mas em frente a um shopping. O cafe é razoável A limpeza que deixou a desejar. So trocam toalhas e arrumam a cama, nao varreram o quarto nem limparam o boxe em 4 dias de estadia

Check in levou mais de 1 hora, somente 1 atendente

Levamos mais de 1 hora para realizar o check in, porque havia apenas um funcionário para realizar esse serviço, o mesmo que atendia o pagamento do restaurante. Para piorar, o sistema de check in estava extremamente lento. Fora isso, o quarto é bastante espaçoso, limpo e confortável e o café da manhã bem variado e muito gostoso.

Terrívelmente mal atendidos

Estava viajando com meus pais, ambos com mais de 80 anos, que foram terrivelmente mal atendidos e não respeitaram a sua prioridade por lei. Após uma longa viagem, precisaram enfrentar uma fila enorme por 1 hora e 17 minutos para fazer o check-in, já que havia apenas um funcionário na recepção do hotel. O café da manhã foi outro desastre. O hotel estava superlotado e não havia comida suficiente para todos. Faltou absolutamente tudo: café, leite, pão, bolo, queijo… nada era reposto a tempo. Quando fui me servir, restavam apenas três fatias de mamão. A impressão é de que até havia comida na cozinha, mas a equipe não dava conta de repor, claramente despreparada para a quantidade de hóspedes. Assim que algo era colocado, desaparecia em segundos. Além disso, o hotel é bastante simples e definitivamente não justifica o valor cobrado — mesmo que o atendimento fosse ágil e o café excelente, o que passou longe de acontecer.

Tivemos que solicitar troca de quarto por conta do cheiro de cigarro, também chegamos no horário que a cozinha estava fechado mesmo com 2 crianças com fome não abriram nenhuma exceção para nos atender.

O Hotel é muito bom, aconchegante e mega consciente da necessidade de preservar o meio ambiente. O atendimento não recebeu nota máxima porque quando chegamos havia um casal sendo atendido, porém quando seria nossa vez de fazer o check in passaram um casal na nossa frente. Não criei caso, apesar de estar atrasado, mas fiquei chateado.

Boa tarde, esteve no hotel nos dias 18 e 19/10 ao chegar tudo certo, segundo dia não foi colocado sabonete e shampoo, e nem a toalha de rosto, vaso do quarto não funcionou parou de chegar agua, no domingo pela manhã ao descer no café 15 minutos antes do termino do horário estipulado ate as 10 hs, 10 minutos antes de acabar o horário de estipulado já começaram a retirar as coisas do café. Eu frequento direto a rede de hotéis nas minhas viagem de trabalho sei como funciona

Cheguei as 21hs e não fui bem atendido no check-in, atendimento péssimo da recepcionista deste turno, os recepcionista do turno da manhã e da madrugada muito atenciosos, tinha baratas no corredor e a chave do quarto ( cartão magnético) apresentava defeito, café da manhã muito bom, quarto confortável e cama muito boa, chuveiro otimo, fora o atendimento da recepcionista do turno da tarde e da barata no corredor, um hotel bom.
