It was not at all a place to stay especially with kids tub was dirty water barley came out of spout toilet was not stable and toilet was really dirty dead cockroaches the room smelled as soon as you opened the door owner said he just took over management 3 days prior to my arrival and doing renovations but honestly he should shut it all down n open once it’s done. He was kind and funny and helpful and he only charged me 1 night even though I paid for 2 because of everything which was nice I just couldn’t stay another night again

Gross

So gross!!! Bathroom dirty, floors dirty, sheets dirty, bedding had huge holes in the blankets. Hot tub had been broken for a while and pool looked yucky. I will never stay here again.

Hot water was out from 3 days into the stay.But was on the morning of check-out.No remedies from the staff concerning alternative showering.There were other issues,but overall it was not a good stay for the money.

Don't expect to take a shower or to bathe

Began trying to take a shower at 4:00 AM (typical low usage time for water in a hotel). Spent one a half hours attempting to get something more than freezing water from the sink and the shower. Should have saved a hundred bucks and slept in the car.

I didn't like how coming into my room during late evening and the AC wasn't even turned on in the 116F degree weather. The way to open the door to the room felt a bit complicated. The AC was decent as it can get pretty cold, but it's noisy. The room seemed OK but it can be newer and cleaner. The area also seemed a bit shady but nothing you can do about that.

We got to the property at check in time and the room “wasn’t ready” after waiting for an hour and a half, we got offered 3 separate rooms, some upstairs and some downstairs so it was very inconvenient. Once entered the rooms were not cleaned properly, I highly doubt, they did the service. Restroom toilet was horrible. And lastly, the parking lot structure is very unsafe, I fell with the parking cement because the wire is out. Staff is friendly but overall experience was not good at all.
