We had to wait 2 hours to gain entry to Zimbali due to the entry code that was not sent to us. We coukd not make use of Zimbali amneties, or order room service. "I have hot flashes so it was important to have central air. It was not clear from the listing that there was no central air just a tiny unit in one bedroom that did little to cool the apartment. The agent was rude and very unhelpful- My son and I left the property after just 2 days- We had paid for a full 5 day stay, but she refused to reimburse any part of the money paid. Very poor customer service skills."

"Pictures look better than the reality. Positives were it was close to the beach and the owner was lovely and friendly. However, Milkwood is the loft aprtment right at the top of this divided house. From the parking space to get to the apartment was a challenge. You are going through a garden with uneven surfaces to finally coming to a steep set of stairs. If you have a lot of luggage like us, this is not ideal. The worst part was the cockroaches. Huge ones in the bathroom, bedroom and even one...
