"Great service and clean rooms"

"One of the most expensive places to stay in town. I do like the hotel, larger room size and bar area. That said, on our recent stay housekeeping repeatedly rapped on our door waking us up despite the Privacy sign hanging. After answering the door obviously woken up, they tried to come in again a half hour later when I was getting out of the shower. Raising this to the attention of the front desk when checking out at 11am they said that my room was already marked as vacated. I don't know how that happened. Instead of taking accountability for how my room was marked vacated the front desk made excuses for housekeeping. This was not a very relaxing experience"

"They must have paid a fortune for the staged photos of this hotel. Only one close photo is the main lobby. everything else was terrible. The room you could tell was broken into at one point and all they did was paint over the door frame. they bathroom had a broken shower curtain rod, bathtub drain out of place, and no fan. The window was only held together with what looked like sunshade film and leaked into the room as it tapped onto the AC. The sounds that came out of the bathroom each night sounded like an airplane taking off, which I could only figure to be when another room would use their sink, shower, or toliet... Terrible hotel. "

"The room was dirty and outdated. There was gum crusted in the carpet, a candy wrapper stuck to the wall two different things crusted things on the nightstand, cigarette burns in the comforter, the pillowcases were slightly tinged yellow, and the bathroom had hair and other things in the corners and blue plastic stuck in the sink drain. Front staff was friendly and the coffee was hot in the morning. Would not stay at again ever. Adding just a few example pictures. "

"This is your typical Country Inn and Suites. A good value, but nothing special. Certainly a fine place to spend a night or two. "
