Mr. Ha was extremely helpful in assisting me with a tour company and which cave would suit me. Mr. Ha. and his wife and kids are warm and friendly. Thanks for looking out for the scooter and dropping off my USB charger at the bus stop."

"Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels)."

"Lake House was the perfect place for us to relax and explore the surrounding sights in Phong Nha. We especially enjoyed the beautiful scenery, kayaking on the lake, and renting bicycles to explore the local area. The staff were all really friendly and helpful with booking tours and transport, and we felt very at home during our stay here!"
