We accidentally left a game console behind after checking out, and the staff went above and beyond to locate it and arrange to have it safely sent to us in another city. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. "This was the perfect homestay while visiting Phong Nha. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. You are still near all the reatiraunts but far enough to not have to hear cars and motorbikes all day and night. The staff was also 5 star. "

Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels)."
