"Nice and quiet place and great staff/family "

"This property wasn’t in great condition. The pool needed some love, it had stains and had green algae growing on the metal fixtures. The paint was peeling off of the pool chairs and it didn’t look comfortable. The bedding wasn’t great, the bed was uncomfortably firm and the AC wasn’t working well. We left and found accommodation somewhere else. "

That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. "Great Location, near many restaurants and close to tourist information and the river boat station. Lovely pool and staff were excellent. We had an early start and they prepared a lovely take away breakfast without us even asking. Would recommend."

"Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels)."
