The cottage is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with modern, high quality furnishings providing all the home from home amenities you require. There is a large private secure garden with direct access to the extensive woodland paths around Boat of Garten. In the garden you will find Red Squirrels, Pine Martens and Woodpeckers in addition to many other varieties of wild birds. From cosying up in front of the wood burning stove in the living room, to sitting out in summer house watching over the wildlife in the garden, the memories created here will last a lifetime. It is the perfect peaceful retreat. Cosy, comfortable cottage "Mallard", detached. Boat of Garten, 8 km from the centre of Aviemore, 23 km from the skiing area. Private: large garden (fenced) with lawn. In the complex: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 1.1 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 1.1 km, bar 1.1 km, bus stop "post office" 1 km, railway station "Boat of Garten" 1 km.
