"When I am in this area, I will always try to stay here. The value is very high compared with a good hotel room. Lovely decor, quiet location, easy parking, good kitchen. I wish I had found it before. A plus is that it is very close to the Thamesport and other Isle of Grain industrial sites."

"We staying in this apartment because we were attending a wedding in the area and the apartment was ideal for what we wanted. The bed was comfortable and fans were provided which were appreciated as it was warm at night. The water for the shower was hot too. We did use the hob to cook breakfast and found everything we needed in the kitchen. "

"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. "We were unaware that we were staying in a maisonette, if known we would’ve asked questions upon booking. Hotels.com needs to update the owners phone number. Communication could’ve been better prior to arrival day, but overall it was great on the day. "The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. "

"Convenient for town and free parking nearby. Beds were comfy but there were a few cleanliness issues especially in the Communal hallway. Lacked a few kitchen essentials and we were surprised to be expected to take our rubbish home. That’s simply not practical for most people! "

"House was perfect, very clean and everything you needed for two of us and our dog with a fully enclosed garden. Lots to do in the immediate area and a lovely trip out to Canterbury. The only downside would be parking, although if you drive around you should be able to find roadside parking,and the pub opposite being noisy, especially if you have children trying to sleep, but this does ease by 11ish, but the house and location is definitely worth a visit."
