250 m2 structure offers large spaces, both external (patio, garden and panoramic terrace) and internal: comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, open space living room with bookcase, TV and board games, an ideal work area for smart working and a kitchen equipped for lunches and dinners with friends.
Green heating with wood-burning fireplace and pellet stoves for an eco-sustainable stay (wood and pellets supplied by us). We also offer a special discount for our guests for a dinner at the nearby "Acqua dolce Acqua salata" farmhouse, to taste the typical dishes of Piacenza cuisine.
The location is ideal for woodland walks, trekking, canoeing, kayaking, cycling and skiing at Penice Pass.

Wir haben in der Cascina Bruna zehn entspannte Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Der große Balkon mit Panoramaausblick und die Terrasse laden zumVerweilen ein. Zum nächsten Ort benötigt man mit dem Auto 10 Minuten. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Wanderwege. Der Austausch mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett. Aufgrund unserer Nutzung des Kamins ausgegangenes Holz wurde ganz zeitnah von einem Nachbarn wieder aufgefüllt. Ein idealer Ort zum Erholen.
