"We enjoyed our stay . Our room was very spacious, equal to 4 star locations and the amenities were very good ( parking and restaurant ). It was an easy 5 minute drive into the small town which had more restaurants and shops. This hotel is located in a beautiful area of the Picos de Europe, ideal for those who enjoy hiking and nature Meals ( breakfast and dinner) were very good and the restaurant staff were excellent and very helpful The hotel quality, location and service is far better than many 3 star rated hotels. Ideal place to stay if the mountains are your destination"

The laundry was a big perk - clean the lint trap in the dryer or your clothes will take forever to dry. "Me gustó el hotel. El cuarto era grande y comodo. Buenas camas, buen baño. El personal nos recibió muy bien. Pero…. En la noche, ya entrada la madrugada llegaron otros huéspedes al mismo piso. Debian tener dos o tres cuartos. Pero se pasaron por todo el pasillo entre risa y risa, hablando altisimo, corriendo y lo peor, tocando las puertas de los de más huespedes, incluyendo la nuestra. Les escribi pidiendo ayuda al hotel y no hubo respuesta. Esos huespedes hicieron escandalo toda la madrugada y nadie del personal llegó. En fin, no dormimos ni con tapones en los oídos."
