The hotel is very nice and clean the food is fresh and a good selection. Lineups for the restaurant's were painful if you dont like crowds dont go there

No balcony, no refrigerator, no safety deposit box in room. When i asked about a balcony room, only reply was , ' there are none ' without even checking

Canto del Sol Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive
Room had a horrible hard bed! My view was awful blocked by a palm tree! There was no spa. And the gym was awful old and very very small! Asked for two double beds never did get them so had to share with son ! Low budget hotel you get what you pay for food was ok some staff was great others not so ...
