"It was terrible because the place is in poor condition, it's like an abandoned condominium. There were fleas in the bed, the dirty walls of the ahua, the leaky water, that place should not be rented, a terrible experience, we left the next day"

"It was a nice property, and the host was great, but during the 8 days I was there, there was no cable, no hot water, the Wi-Fi wasn't working upstairs, and there was so much noise in the morning due to construction at the back of the house. The security lady who works at night at Las Iguanas was disrespectful towards us."

"Overall a very good experience. The property was well maintained including the pool. The unit was very clean. Two slightly negatives that did not overly affect out stay: 1) the clothes drier does not seem to work 2) the dampness in the unit was excessive even with a dehumidifier running half of the day."

"We had a wonderful time at Punta Palmera. The apartment is just like in the pictures. Spacious and confortable, we felt like home. "Great communication and great guy overall"

"It was a beautiful place but the upstair bedrooms sink and shower were stoopped up and there eas a flood. In the other room tv didnt work mor the wifi. The place gave a nice feel but was not ready to rent. Two of the steps were loose and we felt nervous walking on them not to mention the diety pool. When i let them know they did nothing. Also make sure u bringvyour own tissue. Besides that it was nice and beds omfortable. "

"Where do I begin. This property is SO unique! The grounds are stunning, with lush vegetation and unique architecture. The staff, including a man who works at the front desk (the one who speaks multiple languages and is always in the best mood possible while being genuine and not overly fake which is a HUGE asset to a boutique hotel of this kind. I'm so sorry I forget his name, but you know who you are!) The breakfast was simply fabulous every morning and well worth the $25 for the quality and variety of the food you can order from the menu. It was simply devine. I travel a lot for work and also work in international hospitality so I mean it when I say it that you should try this hotel - you won't regret it! "
