"We had the best time ever and we can’t wait until we go back. From the very beginning tot he very end was the best. Our rooms were immaculate the food was outstanding and the whole hotel was spotless clean and the people were so polite and treated us like family. A couple of employees stuck out to us because of how they treated us. Claudia peguero, Monica Moreno and Julio from the
Preferred club. Rene the trainer at the gym and Marbelis the waitress from noor who all went above and beyond."

"The facilities are beautiful, but what truly distinguished the experience was the service, an absolute 10 out of 10. There is something about Dominican culture that lends itself naturally to hospitality. The staff never seemed to see obstacles; they saw solutions.
A perfect example came on our last night. We were trying to decide between the French and Italian restaurants and asked the hostess which she preferred. Rather than choosing one, she simply said, “We’ll bring you both menus. Pick and choose whatever you’d like from either, or both.” That attitude characterized our entire stay. Whatever we asked for, they found a way to exceed our expectations.
The pool service was outstanding, as was the food. The spa was excellent, and our room had a wonderful view and all the amenities we could have wanted.
We were also assigned an individual named Carlos Barreto, who became our go-to person throughout the stay. He arranged restaurant and spa reservations and handled anything else we needed. When I misplaced my Apple Watch, Carlos even tracked it down through Lost & Found and got it back to me. That level of personal attention makes a difference.
The one disappointment was the beach. Unfortunately, there is considerable sargassum. The resort diligently cleans the sand every morning, but much of the seaweed remains on the ocean floor,"
"It’s once in a lifetime experience. Top tier luxuriance experience. Perfect for couples. Almost no crowd. Most professional and kind staff. Would definitely recommend."
"We had a great time. Two families with four adults and four kids (15,14,14, 12). This is an excellent choice if you are looking for a great beach, nice grounds, and a good selection of food. We had the Sun Club room, and we really enjoyed having a double room and a separate part of the beach reserved for us, and premium alcoholic drinks. We enjoyed eating at the restaurants; there were plenty of choices for kids and adults. Drinks were very good as well. The value this resort provides for the money we paid is truly great, and all the staff members were very nice. We also had a massage on the beach, and we really enjoyed it."

"The hotel was quaint and it didn’t feel like you were a number in a large hotel, which was what we were looking for in a hotel.
The beach was absolutely gorgeous, clean and blue. Our room was exactly what we needed for our stay and love the fact that beach towels were provided each day and brought to our room.
All the restaurants reservations were a treat for us since it felt like a date night each night in a beautiful restaurant. The restaurants including the buffet in the family side had great options. There was one odd day or time of the day during the day that seemed like there wasn’t enough food or options but as the days progressed it improved.
The area is not bad for walking on the beach - the ladies off the hotel towards secrets were lovely and did some nice braids on me and the shops were fun to visit.
We love the family side as well even though we were in the adult section. We love the idea of switching it up and having both choices.
Love the espressos availability at the bar and breakfast offered many choices - including typical dominican breakfast. Thr staff are all professionals and work hard to represent the brand / motto of the hotel.
We didn’t really do nightly entertainment at the adult side, just because it wasn’t our “thing”. We did spend time in the family section watching some soccer games. FYI - the hotel was filled with Argentinians / I guess we went to DR when they are all escaping winter - very fun watching with all of them at the theater."
