"Check in was fine, they have Breakfast in the morning. Only issue we had was the thermostat wasn't working right away, had to mess with it and then it worked."

"We stayed 5 nights and overall it was good. We had to change rooms after the first night because the handicapped room did not meet our needs. We got a new room but never got maid service at all the rest of our time. We enjoyed the hot tub once and the remaing days the water was not heated even after we told them. The internet connection was difficult to connect to. Breakfast and staff were excellent. Parking was easy and it was quiet and restful."

"pool or hot tub not working. Guest elevator not working. Tried to call the hotel repeatedly and sent messages none were answered. It was clean but run down. Disappointed about the hot tub as that was a big booking point and was not told it wasnt working."
