Quiet 2 bedroom condo located in beautiful Vistas of Boca Lago. Close to everything. Beautiful water view of the man made pond right behind this unit. This condo is in an over 55 community, therefore renter will need to meet that requirement. The rental period is 12/1/23 - 4/1/24. The monthly rental fee is $3000 with an additional $1000 Security Deposit which covers and utilities for these four months. Whatever portion of this deposit isn't used will be returned to the renter within 30 days after rental period has ended. Any damage done to the unit will also be deducted from this amount.
