The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. The experience since the arrival was spectacular. The location, the service, the food experience. We are a family of 4, 3 surfers and 1 non-surfer, and all of us had a great time. The spa was a great experience as well for us 4. There are several options for day-trips that can be arranged at the front desk.

Excellent, memorable stay in overwater bungalows. Great staff. Bring your snorkel gear and enjoy breakfast in bed. Bring ear plugs, like the rest of the entire area- music in the night keeps us light sleepers awake.

Our villa was beautiful! We loved the grounds, the view of the ocean, landscaped perfect with nature. We seen monkeys almost every day and several red frogs too. Food at Punta Lava was very good. Prices for food and drinks really reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful.

What a gorgeous beach! This was a magical place with the friendliest staff, a great restaurant, and beautiful accommodations. I chose the Jungalow room because I wanted to be immersed in nature. If you're looking to unplug for a few days, Aqui Hoy is absolutely fantastic!! Quiet, small, intimate with personalized service. Cathy was very hospitable & warm, plus she cooks all 3 meals AND is the bartender. Simply wonderful.
