The home is in a perfect ocean front location between Palermo and Cefalu. It’s located in a gated community and offers amazing views and lots privacy. Well appointed with everything you need. We were so happy with this home. It’s close to restaurants, a grocery store, bars, everything. Patrizia is a wonderful hostess! So warm and welcoming. She welcomed us...

"We had a very enjoyable week in Isola delle Femmine. The villa was very comfortable for 5 adults and benefited from 3 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with coffee pod machine. We enjoyed sitting around the pool, and even managed a few swims which were cold as to be expected in March! Easy walking distance into town, for restaurants, coffee bars and ice cream. There is also a well stocked grocery store. If I had to find a negative it would be that the bathrooms could probably do with updating....

The open concept of the kitchen, eating area and family room were very spacious and flowed very nicely...

"Perfekte Lage auf einem kleinen Berg mit Blick auf das Meer. Tolle Bucht vor der Tür, perfekt zum schnorcheln. Palermo ist 30min entfernt. Das Haus ist modern mit kleineren Schönheitsfehlern (Duschkopf kaputt, Klodeckel alle unterschiedlich) aber sehr geräumig. Jacuzzi ist topp"

"La maison de Paolo est magnifique, au calme et avec une jolie vue mer. Les 3 terrasses extérieures permettent de profiter du soleil a chaque moment de la journée et le jaccuzzi est un vrai plus. Good points: enough space for 4 adults because of 2 separate bedrooms, very clean, all necessary equipment, nice green yard with small children playground, outdoor area with a barbecue zone, cooperative and helpful host. Could be better: would be great to have at least basic essentials like a soap, internet signal was poor, instructions how to avoid problems with...
