"If you decide to visit Sicily and spend most of vacation on the Mondello beach, this place will be a perfect choice! Property is located close to literally everything: beach, restaurants, shops and buses. It is well equipped, clean, modern and has everything you need to enjoy the stay. "Fabulous location with lots of rooms and spaces, however needs lots of care and maintenance. Outside kitchen although a very large space Tor my large family, was not clean and needed a good clean out, too many items stuffed in draws that were difficult to open. What a pity! Although we enjoy hearing the sound of the water lapping on the shore from our bedroom."

The house is about 10-15 min walk from a nice sand-beach and the center of Balestrate. The house is is a good base for fun day trips, nice towns and nice beaches. We highly recorment a stay at Villa Solemare."
