"A great little hotel if you want to get some good rest while looking at the alps"

"Amazing charmingly restored 17th century building in a stunning natural setting by the Piedmont Alps. Staff very friendly and attentive, spotless clean and well decorated rooms, comfortable bed, high quality linens, and wonderful breakfast! The hotel has many areas to relax, and many options to explore the astonishing surroundings. I just found a little confusing to understand, on their website at the time of booking, the difference between the Country House and the Guest House Palazzo dei Venti...

"Simple Hotel with friendly staff and amazingly large breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and functional, however a little worn down and outdated. Bath with shower ok. Parking for Motos outside on public parking, make sure you have good locks on your bike Located in the centre a lot of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Due concerts it was noisy. Staff very friendly and helpful "

"The property location was great and the room and breakfast were good. The only issues were that the air conditioning wasn’t working throughout the hotel and we weren’t made aware of this. It was only when we got to the room and tried it that we found this out. We were given a fan to use but the room was very hot. Also, the pool wasn’t operational but again we weren’t made aware of that."

"Our stay at this hotel was good. It's situated just outside the old part of town and has a wonderful view of the lake. Staff were helpful in recommending places to visit or see to make the most of our time there."
