"Süsses Häuschen ????? Es war ein absoluter Horror!!!! Die ganze Einrichtung ist mehr als primitiv, z.B. ein einziger Stuhl, keine Gläser, Teller oder Besteck, ein in die Ecke gequetschtes Bett. Das einzig positive ist das moderne Bad. Also kann man das Ganze statt "süsses Gästehaus", Wohnklo mit Bett bezeichnen. Wir haben, trotz bereits bezahlter 4 Nächte, keine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Zum Glück haben wir noch am selben Nachmittag eine grosszügige, elegante Wohnung gefunden, die...

"Ein sehr gepflegtes Apartment, bei welchem der Vermieter persönlich bei Rückfragen sofort geantwortet hat.Es gab sogar als Begrüßung ein Getränk pro Gast. Auch die Kleinigkeiten, wie Spülmaschinentabs, Schwamm, Toilettenpapier, Küchenkrepp, Küchenhandtuch, Schampoo usw. war alles vorhanden. Eine tolle Lage, für alle die kurz in die Innenstadt wollen.Hier kümmert sich der Vermieter um seine Imobilie!"

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die FeWo ist sehr schön, zentral und verkehrsgünstig gelegen und ruhig. Die Kommunikation über FeWodirekt klappt nicht so gut wie der Kontakt über die Mail-Adresse, gerade in Bezug auf die Check-In-Informationen. Emails werden aber schnell beantwortet."

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang am Appartment. Liegt in der Nähe zur Stadt, mit dem Taxi oder Straßenbahn sind es nur wenige Kilometer zum Partyleben Bochums. Das Appartement ist in einem sehr sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand. Die Möbel sind sehr gut erhalten und bieten gemütlichen Kompfort. Man kommt auch gut mit mehreren Personen unter, wir waren insgesamt 5 Mädels. Insgesamt können wir sagen das es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt war, wir kommen wieder!!"

"Property was easy to find and quick to access. Room was clean on arrival and reasonably cool, with aircon, considering outside temperature was 30°+. First morning we realised there was a very unpleasant smell in room and couldn't work out where it was coming from as didnt appear to be drains in bathroom. Contacted property manager and he responded quickly offering to have someone stop by. We decide just to buy air diffuser for room as only staying 2 nights, and needed to head out, so couldn't wait on someone coming. Smell worse when we returned in evening and seemed to be linked to air conditioning unit. Excessively hot in Bochum so we couldn't do without aircon so decided just to put up with it overnight as not possible to open window and still have aircon running. I'm hoping the smell issue has been rectified by our next visit as room was great other than that issue. The location was perfect for our needs and not noisy considering it's on the Ring Road. Plenty shops and restaurants around property. Personally, I would have preferred a safe and fridge but, as only a short stay, room was sufficient. Coffee machine with a few pods and kettle with 4 different teas."
