I was unable to check-in the first night. They texted me the next day apologizing saying their “phone was off”. Yet I still got stuck paying for it as they refused to refund it. I would avoid this place at all costs. Terrible experience.

일단 너무 추웠습니다. 라디에이터를 켜도 온도가 올라가지 않았고 엘리베이터가 없는 줄 모르고 당황했습니다. 큰 짐을 들고 3층까지 가려니 힘들었어요. 주치도 가능하다고만 하고 자세한 설명이 없어 주변 사람들에게 물어물어 겨우 주차를 헸네요.

Saubere, gemütliche Ferienwohnung die mit allem nötigen ausgestattet ist. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. In knapp 10Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Konnten immer ganz in der Nähe parken. Die Straßenbahn ist gleich um die Ecke sowie ein Supermarkt. Falls wir wieder nach Bochum kommen buchen wir wieder in der Metzstraße!

Wir waren durchaus zufrieden. Es hat alles gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die telef. Auskunft immer sehr kompetent und freundlich. Vorschlag: Neue Bettwäsche und Eierbecher.

Schöne und saubere Wohnung, inkl Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Für Familien sehr geeignet da großer Spielplatz direkt gegenüber. Parkplatz findet man auch immer in akzeptabler Entfernung.

Super für kleine Familien

Die Wohnung war super sauber, alles war hübsch vorbereitet. Es lagen ein Stadtplan und einige Infos über Bochum bereit. Eine Grundausstattung war vorhanden wie z.B. Klopapier, Spülmittel, Lappen und Geschirrtuch. Außerdem waren die Betten bezogen und es gab genügend Handtücher. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig. Das Haus selbst ist etwas hellhörig. Es sind keine 5min bis zur nächsten U- Bahn. Auch zu Fuß gelangt man recht schnell in die Innenstadt.
