"Quick in check. Be aware after 18 hrs, reception closed. Bar closed early. Hotel nice, good hotel if you have children. Not possible to sit on the terrasse in the evening. Best restaurant in town, pass the cabel track, up the Hill, right hand, Ratsstube.. it was absolutely top class"

He stated he didn’t see the reservation and upgraded our room. Next we expected to have breakfast everyday for €7.50 each. We went down for breakfast only to find no one on site and no breakfast. We called the owner who said it had to be booked 24hrs in advance. So we did that for the balance of our stay. However, again No breakfast was made and no one on the premises to ask any questions. We contacted the Owner, left messages and he still has not returned our calls. Without breakfast at property we had to leave the premises and pay more for breakfast. Total spent for breakfast for two people for 3 days €89.22.
Would we return. Yes, but with better communication and service.
