"My health hasn't been good.. The night I checked went fair. I was almost been impressed.. NOPE!! I was assigned room number 414.. I was opening the drapes and the liners behind the drapes was a bit too long. My feet stepped on the liner and it was like dry rotted so my foot tore through the liner was wrapped around my ankle cause me to trip... I stopped myself hitting the floor but I did jar my back and muscles.. I told the front deck about it.. The the front deck said okay I'll have maintenance...

"We drove all the way from Norman OK and got there at 225 am it said to ring a bell there was no bell there! After finally getting some attention the clerk would not open the door she said we were overbooked! I am handicapped my girlfriend was sick and ended up having to stay in Monroe! The hotel is still charging me I was stuck in Dallas traffic or would have been there sooner they still refused to give me my Money back! If they were overbooked refund me my money!
