"We stayed in the "Family" condo. Walked right from our screened in porch to sand and ocean. Condo is bright, modern and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The building itself is just ok, pool and jacuzzi just ok, but I booked this unit for the ocean access and how updated the condo is. Love the layout. One recommendation is wear water shoes or fins (that cover your heels). Lots of rocks as you enter the ocean (for several feet into the water). Our feet got scuffed up at other beaches...

"I was looking for a location within walking distance of snorkeling spots, and Blair's apt fit the bill to a tee. We needed a place to sleep and shower and this cute, clean and convenient apartment was perfect. We were able to walk to 6 spots from The Lobster Pot down to Smith's Barcadere. The bed was super comfy after a long active day. The kitchen is well appointed and the tub is super deep for soaking sore muscles! Thank you"

The property is very well maintained, the pool was clean, available coal and gas grills were a nice bonus. The only drawback was a lack of sandy beach, but beautiful 7 mile beach was a short ride away. "I was super nervous about booking with a newish listing on VBRO but this place was so close to the Turtle Centre so I went for it. I do not regret anything! We would definitely stay there again!
