Banyan House - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, pet friendly home with a $75 pet fee. Nicely decorated cozy beach cottage, with fireplace and with nice ocean views. King bed in the master bedroom, and a queen in the second bedroom. Open, light great room, with island kitchen, dining room, and living room. Great outdoor areas, spacious outdoor patio, fireplace, nice wraparound decks on the north, and west sides of the house, spacious backyard with coastal rolling hills views and a round hot tub. Just a short walk to Carmet beach. No garage access.

Sonoma County TOT Cert. #: 768N, License #: LIC25-0467, Permit #: Exempt, Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 7 AM, Max vehicles: 3, Max Occupancy: 4, No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.
