It sleeps 10; there is a master bedroom upstairs that features a Cal King-size bed, a Jacuzzi tub, and a gorgeous rock fireplace with a sitting area. It also has a protected, private deck with incredible ocean views. There's a second bedroom upstairs in a COMMON AREA/LIVING ROOM that has a queen fold-out couch. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, and 1 has a Cal King size bed, and the other 2 have a Queen size bed. The 3 bedrooms downstairs also have an incredible ocean view, and their private, protected, beautiful flagstone patio with a sitting area surrounded by vibrant flowers.

Upstairs is a great room layout with a beautiful rock fireplace you can snuggle up to and read a good book. And for the chefs out there, there is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen upstairs that has all stainless appliances, granite countertops, Henckel knives, a spice collection, a range of pots, pans, and utensils, white tableware including serving dishes, coffee, tea, and sugar. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, dining, bar, and great room, together with barstools at the island, allows for entertaining in the kitchen. You will always be part of all the activities and enjoy the panoramic ocean view while cooking.

Watch breathtaking sunsets every night as you escape from the busy noise of life. Retreat to the deck or the upstairs and watch grey whales from the spacious 800 sq. ft. deck as they migrate Northbound in springtime from March to June and Southbound in the fall from October to November!
Watch and listen to the crashing waves against the seashore as you unplug and relax.
Open the front door, and you are steps away from Portuguese beach and from feeling the sand beneath your feet and the clean, crisp ocean mist upon your face.
This space is vibrant and full of life, from the deer strolling through the property every morning and evening to seeing the hummingbirds dance around the purple cone bushes. Watch the hawk perched atop a tree just outside the kitchen window (above the sink) or the foxes, bunnies, and wild turkeys wandering about in the front yard. Look to the sky and don't miss out on bird watching, from pelicans to osprey, seagulls, and many others.... Happy wildlife watching :)

There's Wi-Fi throughout the house and cable—over 100+ channels. Every bedroom has its own TV.
You may choose to use the television/WIFI........... or not............... disconnecting entirely from the world :)
For those on Verizon, you'll have no problem with cell service; the tower is a block behind us. For those with AT&T, you'll take a true vacation since there is no cell service unless you drive down the coast a few miles :)
All linens are provided, including beach towels, towels, washcloths, hairdryers, irons, laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner.

Open the front door and walk to Portuguese beach. Portuguese beach is only a short two blocks away :) Put your feet in the sand, beach comb, or try your hand at flying a kite :)

Tide pooling at Shell Beach, whale watching from the deck or getting up close and personal at Bodega Head / Sonoma Coast State Beach, seeing and learning about marine life at UC DAVIS Marine Laboratory, Hiking at Bodega Head and many other trails, Shopping, Wine Tasting at Gourmet Au Bay or Sonoma Coast Vineyards in Bodega Bay, Golfing at the Links Bodega Harbour, Horseback riding on the beach at Chanslor Ranch, Kayak tours by "The Surf Shack" on the ocean, bay, or Russian River and see marine life like seals, rays, etc., Rent surfboards and kayaks at "The Surf Shack" and explore on your own, Fish off the beach or jump on a fishing charter such as Anita's Fishing Charters, Ziplining at Sonoma Canopy Tours in nearby Occidental, and attend mass at St. Theresa of Avila in the town of Bodega which was part of a scene from Alfred Hitchock's "The Birds." Wow.......I think I got it all :) :)
