Situated on a bluff, this oceanfront home boasts a 180 degree unobstructed close water ocean view, spanning from Point Reyes to Bodega Head. Hear the sounds of the waves crashing below and see Pelicans flying overhead. A short seven minute walk down the Pinnacle Gulch Trail leads to a secluded beach complete with tide pools at low tide.
The floor plan of this spacious home is ideal for large gatherings. The house has 4 bedrooms that includes two master suites. Each bedroom has it's own state of the art 50 inch 4KHD flat screen tv and the living room has a 70 inch 4KHD flat screen tv with available cable and high speed internet connection, The fully equipped kitchen and laundry area has large appliances and the home has an 8 person hot tub that is professionally cleaned once a week, pool table, game table and both a charcoal and a gas grill. There is plenty of outdoor seating available.
We take pride in replacing pillows and sheets every few months. The hot tub is serviced every single week. The living room furniture, mattresses, rugs, paint and most flooring is new to provide our special and valued guests with a very clean home.
This home provides an amazing escape and relaxing get away.

We had an amazing stay in Bodega Bay! The house was very clean, had all the necessary amenities and the views were amazing. Will definitely be returning to this property the next time I visit Bodega Bay.

July in Bodega Bay

We loved the location of the home with huge ocean views. Sitting in the dining room or living room, we could also watch the wildlife which include a bobcat, deer, herons and quail. The house was decorated in a very tasteful coastal manner. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a huge plus.

Great gathering place

Best view in the neighborhood with lots of room to play games and/or sit and chat. Great for our group of two families (4 adults and 6 kids). The walk to the beach is super easy and less than 5 minutes.

Amazing Views!

Great property, the views are amazing. Easy check in and out process. Loved the privacy of the hot tub. Many of the bedrooms are updated from the pictures. We had 12 women on a one night girls trip and this house was perfect, everyone was raving about the house!

Lovely place on Bodega Bay

This house was quite comfortable for our group, with good beds and plenty of bathrooms, and a fabulous view of the Bay. It is walking distance down to the beach and close to the area with restaurants. The hot tub was a plus. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the house and had a wonderful stay.

Relaxing With a View

This house was wonderfully located with a beautiful view of the sea and picturesque sunsets. It was also quiet with the welcome sounds of the sea lions and fog horn and at times with deer walking by the property. However, the layout of the house is not friendly to seniors due to the stairs. While the description of the property mentioned that we bring our own toiletries, it is the first one that I have stayed in without provision of toiletries which is a basic standard in most rental properties.

Amazing view and location, great getaway

Rented this home for a family weekend getaway. Can't beat the amazing ocean views. The home is within a well maintained community with a golf course. Nice walk down to Pinnacle beach. Short drive down to Duran beach and nearby shops/restaurants. Kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, board games, and beach toys. Overall, home was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated (more updated than what's seen in listing photos). A minor issue i.e. main lights in dining/kitchen did not work at all but thankfully summer days are long. Owners were fairly responsive

Incredible view and location

This Bodega Harbor home has incredible unobstructed views of the ocean with large windows from the kitchen and living room areas. It is a spacious house with cozy sitting nooks and plenty of board games/billiards/spa. The dining area is large but the only drawback is a small kitchen area. However, it has plenty of kitchenware with quality small and large appliances for your cooking needs. The outside front sitting area has comfortable adirondack chairs and seems to be somewhat wind protected. The beach trail is close by and you can reach the beach in only a few minutes. We definitely would stay here again!

Great environment and ambiance

As I only have an opportunity to meet with extended family every few years, this was a lovely get away from home. Directions and access to the beach was a short walk and even with the variability in weather changes, you can't beat the view and close proximity. We had the pleasure of seeing seven deers grazing on the hillside across, providing another photo opportunity. The kitchen provided many amenities and there was plenty of towels/blankets for use. As a veteran with chronic pain, I appreciated the level of comfort I had- from the beds to the hot tub I felt very relaxed. The owner was very responsive and if I can return again I will.

Beautiful house, work not finished inside.

The house, location was all good. The kitchen could use an upgrade but it was clean. The master bathroom was not finished, couldn’t use the shower as no drainage. The same in the other bathrooms. 2 bathrooms were working and two were incomplete.

Absolutely fantastic!

This house is perfect and we had an amazing and relaxing weekend! We had a delightful and relaxing weekend with our family, enjoying the views and soaking up the sun in the Adirondack chairs out front! And the hot tub was divine in the early mornings and evenings. The dining room has the most stunning sunrise and sunset views! And the living room was great for playing games and conversation. Felicity was a wonderful and communicative host. The kitchen has everything we needed and then some!l, including basics like salt/pepper, sugar etc. The views were just lovely and walking around the neighborhood and down to the beach was perfect. And it's great how close the house is to town if you forget something or want to go out for dinner. We don't golf, but the course was beautiful. One note: the house is split level and had quite a few stairs. We can't wait to visit again!

Amazing Views, Beach Access, Spacious Home

This home was amazing. The best part of the home is its views. We had a family gathering with 12 family members. Ages 3 to 87. This home is situated on the bluffs looking out to the ocean. Every morning our family had breakfast at the large kitchen table which easily seated 10 people with additional seating at the counter. The eating area is spacious. While eating breakfast we saw whales breaching, seals, boats leaving from Bodega bay, deer grazing in the grass, birds, and morning marine layer burning off. The kitchen prep area is small but kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. The family room is large and comfortable with a fireplace. The owner provides wood, so we had a cozy fire in the evenings. One wall of the living room is all glass with views of the ocean. There are book shelves with games and books, high wood beamed ceilings, and a designated game area (nook) with a game table and poker chips, and a big screen tv. Plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. This is a split level house. The large master bedroom has a waterfall showerhead. The spa is in an atrium setting. The beach is 7 minute walk down. At low tide we found starfish, crab, mussels, and all kinds of sea creatures in abundance. The owner (Felicity) is very thoughtful and accomodating. She quickly responded to our questions. Thank you Felicity for sharing your beautiful home. The whole family loved this home and we will be back.

Great location, but the house is not cleaned & maintained properly

Washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, air filter, sink, and shower/ tub drains are all filthy. Fridge & dishwasher had discoloration & bad smells coming out of it. Washer & dryer have scaling and hair stuck all over them inside. Air filter completely coated with dust. Shower/ tub drains had hair in them. Dust & dirty hand/ finger prints scattered all around the walls & furniture. Misc. damage all over the walls, cabinets, counters, baseboards, pretty much on everything. The misc. damage could be overlooked, but it should be disclosed in the listing. Cutting board had crumbs on it. Drawers had misc. debris in them. A window was replaced or modified at some point and it appears to be leaking and have what appears to be black mold spots all around it. The drywalling around it is poorly done, possibly not painted, and the corner beads are cracked. Electrical blank cover plates were partially covered by baseboards, voids in tiles around old shower fixtures that do not work, electrical cover plates modified or missing-- all building code violations. The voids around the shower had slugs coming in. A skylight is cracked, a window is cracked. There is a cable for the beam above the dining room table that is not screwed in, just hanging from the rafters. It is a great location, and a charming property, it is just not maintained or cleaned properly. This property should not be listed for rent anywhere until the shoddy construction is corrected, and is professionally maintained & cleaned.

Location was superb. Need instructions on how to turn on the shower, and maybe a fresh coat of paint inside. I think there are mice/critters in the walls, heard scratching at night.
