"Staff helped a few friends and I have a wonderful long wellness weekend. The one and only thing that was not up to par was the female manager who answered the phone early Saturday morning - she was extremely rude- no customer service whatsoever. I don’t understand why she works in hospitality at all. She’s not fit to lead a fantastic team."
