"The staff was friendly but the air conditioning did not work at all. Is there a unit hanging from a ceiling, yes, but it does not blow cold air. The rooms are small and very stuffy."

"The room was wonderful, but it did not have a fridge, nor did it have any drawers for clothes. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower was large and lots of pressure. If you wanted ice, you had to go to the lobby bar and ask for some. The buffet breakfast a little limited but it was fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"one line check in counter works ok. no staff onsite after regular business hours. Hotel surfs the purpose for a short stay to visit the City or having a business meeting. great location close to main railway station."

"Even for an airport hotel, this was pretty poor. Staff seemed overwhelmed with number of guests. Water fountains weren't working even though it was a selling point, included food was horrible and staff weren't very helpful. It was a place to sleep before the flight, but I won't be doing it again"
