"The property is not a 4 star standard compared to other hotels in Austria. When we arrived in the hotel, we were told that the water from the tap is not safe to drink and we were not offered any free water in the room for drinking but we were sent to a supermarket to buy our own bottles of water. The rooms do not have a minifridge. None of the rooms have airconditioning or fans. During the night, the room was getting to an uncomfortable temperature of close to 28C with the windows open.
