"I had to pull a heavy chair over to the airport conditioner just to reach the controls. It worked ok. The caulking around the bathtub was cracked and moldy and there were BED BUGS!!! My recommendation is to find a different hotel to stay at. "

"This place is amazing!! My son and I love staying here and we literally wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we were in the area!!!"

"The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean. The propert was in terrible condition. There were 2 locks for each room door. The key only worked in one of the locks so we were given another room. Some window screens were disconnected from the frames, wallpaper was peeling in multiple places, paint was peeling off the wooden chairs outside the rooms, dead plants in pots, weeds everywhere, the bathroom fan made a terrible noise when you turned it off, the tub faucet leaked, and when taking a shower water came out of the faucet as if filling the tub. Obviously, we will not recommend the Redwood.to anyone.and request a refund."

"Buyer beware. When I booked, the property was listed as being close to Yosemite. When it came time to navigate from the park, our drive would have been over five hours! I called them to cancel and their response was, “well you can cancel, but you’re not getting a refund.” We were there at the end of April in beautiful weather so I didn’t expect any road closures. If you are going to book here, be sure to check maps first."
