"the house is located in old hugd Viona. beautiful view towards Locarno. you can make enough beautiful walks from the house. You can also see plenty of cages in the surrounding area. the boulevard of locarno and Ascona are definitely worth a visit. the house is well insulated. with enough good facilities. in short, a top house in a top location"

"Wir haben uns in der Villa Patrizia enorm gut gefühlt! Wir konnten eine Woche völlig abschalten. Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht und der Garten ist sehr liebevoll gepflegt! Im Haus fehlt es an rein gar nix, man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann darin Leben!! Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir sofort wieder eine Woche für Oktober gebucht haben!! Freuen uns schon riesig, die wunderbaren und herzlichen Gastgeber Patrizia und Giuseppe bald wieder zu sehen! GRAZIE DI CUORE!...

From the pictures and description posted on Expedia/VRBO we expected this property to be the highlight of our tour. Both were misleading. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht und eignet sich für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen. Sowohl das Studio, wie auch die Villa bieten alles was man braucht. Marinella ist eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir Danken ihr von Herzen für den angenehmen Aufenthalt."

"Good base to discover the Verzacas valley. Property well equipped, although no dishwasher. There is a local shop, but I would recommend doing most of your shopping for your stay before coming up the valley. Nice garden and patio area. If you have small children the parking could be an issue. It is not far away, but there is no pavement and you have to walk several 100 metres on a busy road. Not ideal when unloading and loading the car at the beginning and end of your holiday. Good local...

"Tolle Lage, sowohl in der direkten Umgebung über dem Tal als auch für Touren und Unternehmungen. Ich habe den Ausblick und die Ruhe (meistens, wenn nicht gerade irgendwo gemäht wurde) sehr genossen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, wenn auch meistenteils nicht wirklich auf dem neuesten Stand. Ich habe dem Vermieter ein paar Hinweise zum Update für eine besser funktionierende Ausstattung gegeben. Betreuung durch InterHome hervorragend."
