"The unit that we received was not the same as the picture. The washroom shower and cabinets had mould. The palace was not as it was advertised. We took some pictures of the unit. You can see mould on the toilet paper in the drawers. Expedia should not be advertising this unit as it is. The boardwalk and surrounding area was very nice. "

"We actually had a problem with our Hotels.com booking, but the owners of the property were very kind and accommodating, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept, and the property and pool were well maintained. "The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The rooms and amenities are great and the location is perfect. The only issue we had was that the housekeeping crew did a terrible job at cleaning our room the first day we were there, they did not replace the towels, they didn’t make the bed and left trash throughout the room. After we contacted reception about this the issue did not happen again. Other than that the stay was excelent, we really enjoyed the hotels private beach and food."
