If you like Turkish breakfast it was good and the hotel is in a great position near the beach. Concierge was helpful and friendly. The room was clean except for the shower which wasn't and was the only thing that let the experience down. I could have complained but didnt ….

Aile için ideal deniz kenarı otel

Turgutreis merkezinde deniz kenarında ekonomik otel, tamamen restore edilmiş yeni odalar, mükemmel ekip, başta Cavit bey ve tüm ekibi çok cana yakın ve dostlardı. Kahvaltı yeterli ve doyurucu. Tek sıkıntı otopark ancak bu sorun oteln değil daha çok beldenin bu bölgesinin sorunu. Torunlarımızla çok güzel ve ekonomik deniz tatili yaşadık.

Otelle ilgili bir problem yoktu, temiz, yeni dekore edilmiş güzel bir oteldi. Hizmet ve yaklaşımda gayet yardımcıydı herkes. Yalnızca biz denize yakınlığı, ve fotoğrafta görünen denize bakarak rez yaptık ama deniz beklentisi olanlar için pek iç açıcı değildi. Artık dalgadan mı öyleydi onu da bilemiyorum.

Ilan da otopark oldugi yaziyor ama otopark yoktu. Bu durum basta hayal kirikligi yaratti. Bu yasanan hayal kırıklığını oda yukseltmesi ile telafi ettiler. Yukseltilen oda gayet temiz, genis ve ferahti. Kahvalti acik bufe degil ancak yeterli. Otel personeli gayet ilgili ve yardimseverdi.

Die drei Sterne erhält das Hotel deshalb, weil der Manager/ Leiter des Hotels nicht fertig gebracht hat, den Fehler in der W-Lan Anlage reparieren zu lassen. Er hat immer wieder, nachdem man ihn darauf angesprochen hat, mit irgendwelchen Leuten telefoniert, aber es erschien kein Handwerker, um den Schaden zu beheben. Es waren somit etliche Gäste, die nicht mal Fernsehen auf ihren Zimmer schauen konnten, von schweigenden im Zimmer eine Internetverbindung hatten. Zimmernachbar hat auf der Terrasse, warm eingepackt, mit Laptop Fernsehen geschaut. Für mich ist solch ein Manager, der nicht einmal dahinter ist, nicht vertrauenswürdig. Sollten Reisende im 3. Stock kein Internet haben, so ist sofort ein Zimmertausch zu verlangen.
