Located in a very quiet tranquil area of Gumusluk, Bodrum.
Ideal for those who wish an undisturbed, relaxed Retreat Holiday. House is very basic but has got all the necessary facilities such as reasonably well-equipped Kitchen with Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Coffee Machine, Kettle etc.

Small WC and Shower room.

Bedroom with Queen Size Bed has also a nice size Balcony where one can sit and enjoy the view.

Guest can enjoy laud music until very late into the night if they prefer as there will be no neighbours around to complain.

Pets are welcome with no extra charge. There are friendly rescue cats wandering around the property.

BBQ equipment is available. Open Air Cinema can be set up and watch classic films if required (free of charge).

Owner is an artist who is occupied with Gourd Carving and Painting. He is an easygoing character with a great sense of humour.

Although the owner prefers Guests helping them selfs as they please from the Fridge if requested breakfast will be served for free of charge. Breakfast consists of the usual Turkish/ Continental style with Fresh Eggs and Hot Drinks. Coffee and Tea is free of charge all Day and Night, provided Guest make it.

Amenities such as supermarket is in walking distance but for the Beach, one will need a frequently operating Local Shuttle Service (Dolmush) to get to the Beach.
