O kadar iyi değil - Rezalet

Merhaba , eşim ve evcil hayvanımızla (köpek) beraber gittik ama otelin kedileri yüzünden serbest dolaşamadı ayrıca salmayın diye ikaz bile edildik tam bir rezalet.Kahvaltısı fena değildi ama çok azdı doyamıyorsunuz ve aç kalıyorsunuz , odanın iç aydınlatması azdı. Odada aperatif yicek bile yok ne tost ne fast food hiç birşey alkol satıyorlar fakat yanında ikram edilecek veya satınalabilceğin bile hiçbirşey yoktu havuzu fena değildi ama temizlemiyorlar sık sık , aracınızı sokak ortasına parkediyorsunuz.Yanınızda evcil hayvan var ise bidaha düşünün o kadar iyi yer değil.

No wifi or satellite tv in the room. Person sent to set up the cot was aggressive and yelled a lot, he couldn't work out how to set up the cot and demanded my friend with a back injury help him.

Eksikleri olsa da fiyat/performans tercih sebebi

Çalışanlar oldukça yardımsever ve kibarlar. otelin sakin ve huzurlu bir havası var. Fiziksel mekan olarak biraz iyileştirilmeye ihtiyacı var. Eğer erken yatıyorsanız gece yarısına kadar bardan gelen müzik sesi çok yüksek olmamakla birlikte rahatsız edebilir. Havlular lekeliydi, istesek muhtemelen değiştirirlerdi ama biz kendi havlularımızı kullanmayı tercih ettik. Otelin yeri oldukça iyi, yürüyerek 5 dk içinde plaja geçebiliyorsunuz. Plajda kendi şezlongları yok ama çalışanlara sorduğunuzda şezlonglarından faydalanabileceğiniz bir otel bilgisi veriyorlar.

1 gece kaldık. 2 adet aracımz vardı. Park yeri bulmak zor oldu. Otelin genel olarak yenilemeye ihtiyacı var. Esyalar eski olduğundan temizlik hissini alamadık. Önünden dolmuş geçiyordu. Bodrum merkeze 25 dk da kolayca ulaşılıyor.

When we arrived we were told that the hotel was not open for business,so we had to find another hotel.This was a shame as I stayed at the safir 3 years ago and enjoy it,but I still can’t understand why we weren’t informed

Konumu oldukça kolay ulaşım sağlanan ve plaja yakın olması açısından ideal ancak odaların bir revizyona ihtiyacı var, özellikle banyo ve yataklarının. Çalışanlarının iyi niyetli, güleryüzlü olması ve havuzbaşında dut ağacı altında yapılan kahvaltı olumsuzlukları görmezden gelmemizi sağladı.

Ganz netter Aufenthalt 👍🌴

Kleine Macken aber Definitiv Empfehlenswert! Service war super ! Hotel Zimmer waren okay ! Frühstück war klein aber das wichtigste war vorhanden also wurde man auch satt ! Pool war vorhanden haben wir aber nicht benutzt. Hotel an sich ist klein aber dafür gibt es viel Garten und Palmen was natürlich super aussieht 👍 Strand ist gefühlte 50 m weg vom Hotel . Der Strand ist eine Bucht mit Hafen . Strandbars bieten für kleines Geld Essen und trinken an. War auch super 👍 Servicemitarbeiter waren alle Super Freundlich und Hilfsbereit ! 👍👍 Das Hotel ist nichts für Leute die jede kleine Macke bemängeln ! Ansonsten ist es für mich persönlich aufjedenfall Empfehlenswert👍👍👍

Horrible Hotel

Hotel is extremely dirty. Do not stay in here! The toilet was really dirty, the toilet was extremely dirty, there were stains on it. I asked from staff to clean the bathroom and even though they came twice for cleaning it remained dirty. I could see a bunch of hair in the shower after so called cleaning. They never change table cloths in the dining area. You can see the remainings of the previous dinner on the table cloth. It is a horrible hotel. Don't stay here.

Otelin yeri çok güzel. Fakat eksiklikler var, minibar yok, klima çalışmıyordu, kahvaltı vasat. Orta yollu bir tatil için tercih edilmeli.

Es un hotel tranquilo y cercano a la playa. Mi experiencia fue muy buena, salvo que se vio empañada al final por el cobro por parte del recepcionista de un suplemento a modo de late check out abusivo, y que no me dejo pagar con tarjeta por lo que sospecho y en mi opinión, no me equivoco, que se metió mi dinero a su bolsillo, ya que había visto pagar anteriormente a una señora con tarjeta.

Nedslidt, beskidt og manglende service

Alt lige fra hylde i bruser til håndklæder og solsenge, deres madrasser og stolesæder var ødelagt, trevlet og plettet. Kun de to mænd som bemandede baren, var venlige og imødekommende. Som eksempler på typisk opførsel, vil jeg her give to: Da jeg en morgen gør opmærksom på, at nogen har kastet ved poolen, er ham som skal gøre rent tydeligvis irriteret, i stedet for at takke mig for at gøre opmærksom på dette, inden andre opdager det. Dertil spulede han kun med lidt vand, så den fast tørrede yderkant stadig sad tilbage på fliserne. Rengøring bestod af gulv fejning og vask, hvilket medførte, at jeg konsekvent havde andres hår og nullermænd inde på mit værelse, som havde siddet fast på kosten. Dertil lagde rengøringen en kuvert på min seng to dage før jeg tog hjem, hvorpå der stod "tip box for house keeping please". Uacceptabelt! To piger som boede på et andet værelse, måtte bade hos mig, da deres bruser ikke duede og ikke blev lavet. På mit badeværelse, havde forhænget store sorte fugt pletter, hjørne hylden som hang i brusenichen var ikke sat ordentligt op. så den faldt ned så snart man satte shampoo på den. Hylden over vasken manglede en bid og var så skæv, at cremer faldt ned i vasken, hvis ikke man var meget forsigtig. Tandkruset var skåret. Alt var plettet af gammelt kalk og armaturer var ødelagte. Sengene var to meget ubehaglige madresser stablet Et andet værelse havde en ødelagt teressedør, så man let kunne trykke en plade ind og derefter stikke armen ind og åbne døre

Bitez value for money

Clean very well situated hotel in Bitez, very reasonably priced & very good value for money. Pool area very clean & nice , very friendly & helpful staff , don't expect luxury , you get what you pay for ! But I would defiantly stay here again .
