Hotel Review Great hotel, especially for a young adult clientele! The food was freshly prepared and offered a decent variety, with something for everyone. The rooms were modern, clean, and well maintained, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. The entertainment may not be to everyone’s taste, so I’d recommend planning a couple of evenings out to explore the area and enjoy some different options. There were also plenty of sunbeds available around the hotel, so there’s no need to rush out early to secure one. Overall, a great place for a fun and relaxing stay!

Lovely experience

We actually moved to this hotel from a different resort which we didn't like. This one was a much nicer experience, lots of included activities and the staff were all really friendly and even got to know our names. Lots of food options, with several different restaurants including options for vegetarians, and room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this resort.

The location was excellent, with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The hotel has two good-sized pools and a wide variety of food options. We particularly enjoyed the Turkish-themed Levant restaurant, which was a highlight of our stay. However, the Indian-themed Green Curry restaurant was disappointingly poor. The room was clean, comfortable, and met the standard expected of a five-star hotel, with all the basic amenities. That said, we were surprised that the hotel was unable to provide an iron on request, which seems like a basic service for a resort of this standard. The staff were a mixed experience. Some were friendly and helpful, while others came across as quite rude. A significant issue was that many staff members, including some in senior management, had very limited English. This led to frequent miscommunication and unnecessary frustration, which is disappointing for a hotel that caters to international guests. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay thanks to the beautiful location, impressive views of the Turkish Mediterranean coastline, and good facilities. However, the language barrier among staff detracted from the experience and made even simple requests more difficult than they should have been.

+ Very good location, only 15 mins by car from Bodrum city centre + Friendly staff that tries their best to fulfill individual requests and we got a free upgrade + Beach was overall very clean + All-inclusive buffett had a great variety of choices and was very delicious + The hotel offers several activities so you are able to customize your own day - Facilities could be slightly newer, especially elevator in main building - No free shuttle bus service from Bodrum Airport to the hotel - Several upgrade options where you have to pay additional money (such as daybed at the beach) - Hand towel pick-up service could start earlier (around noon would be perfect) - Cleaning service sometimes not very fast (we put out the sign on the door around noon and came back at 3-4pm and room hasn’t been cleaned)

When we arrived we were the only guess at the door, there was no porters to help with luggage and direct us to checking in, we had to ask for assistance after a long drive was not pleasant. The resort & rooms is very stylish but pillows were uncomfortable for such a highly rated resort, the beach was rocky water nice but no wharf or ramp to swim off.restaurants at Buffet food was excellent, lots of variety, beach restaurant had limited views of beach and some staff won’t nice one in particular Gökhan was unprofessional and rude on the other hand Kübra was very attentive helpful and professional kind and friendly thank you for making our dinner that extra special we wanted to try other restaurants at the resort when booking the concierge wasn’t helpful again so missed out

There is so much to like about this hotel. The staff are so friendly & want you to have the best holiday. For example, waiters knowing your drinks & having them brought to your table as you sit down. All guest relation staff & reception staff are also very friendly & always happy to help. The food is amazing, ready made sandwiches at lunch, chef's signature dishes, so much choice & all cooked to perfection. Daily & evening entertainmemt was very enjoyable & the team were always so energetic & sociable. We had a few teething issues with our room at the beginning, which we mentioned to the staff & were dealt with extremely quickly & efficiently. One downside was that our room was the furthest away from the reception & restaurant & took us 8 minutes to walk there, via many steps (97) & very steep slopes. Very tiring at the end of the day to walk back to our room. More lights would have been handy along some of the pathways & steps. Brighter lights in the room & more storage would have made the accommodate more superior than it was. Overall we had a wonderful stay & a very enjoyable holiday.

not wait to return! I am writing this review from my sun lounger on the pristine beach very sad that it’s our last day! The staff are the friendliest & most attentive I have experienced in a long time. From the bar staff and waiters to the entertainment team to the grounds people, they really are lovely humans! Food offerings were great, we particularly liked eating in the outside seating area of the Magico restaurant. Always lots of choices available for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Our room was absolutely huge, kept immaculately clean and was very comfortable for our 7 night stay. The gym is good for a hotel gym, plenty of equipment and open 7am - 10pm. SO many activities but no one is pushy to get you to join. You can check on the app for the schedule and there is so much to keep you entertained. Evening entertainment was excellent, themed nights, live performers lots of dancing and a dj until 2am in the beach bar. Lots of lovely cats with a cat home inside the hotel grounds. They don’t beg for food and are clearly treated well by the staff. 10/10 experience and I am so sad to be leaving tomorrow!

Nice property, clean, with beautiful view. Lots of activities. Minuses- food is average, some stuff don't speak English, rooms don't have shampoo and conditioner, only 2 in 1 shampoo and gel for shower
