When I arrived, I asked whether I could use my Miles&More number. I was told to do it at checkout. What I was given looked nothing like what I'd booked. It was small, dirty & stuffy w/ dust everywhere & stains on the furniture. No kitchenette, no fridge, etc. I called a hotels.com representative & they let me know my room could be changed the next...

"Classic German hotel, near but not on the beaten path. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only regret was having my travel plans changed for me, forcing an earlier than normal departure-which staff was kind enough to accommodate gracefully."
