The apartment has 60 square meters in floor left a large living area with dining area and open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee - and everything else you need. From the living area with kitchen and couch corner you go to the balcony with garden furniture. Perfectly: At breakfast or dinner, you can watch directly on the blue Baltic Sea. At the residential level is a bedroom with Double Bed and large wardrobe. From here you go to the second balcony. The second bedroom of the duplex apartment is located in the upper level, which is accessed via the internal staircase. In the bathroom you can be pampered: in the spacious floor-level shower.
Sheets and towels are provided each in initial.

From the apartment to the beach is only 150 meters. The comfortable apartments with partial views of the Baltic Sea with a full kitchen and a bathroom that has a shower and / or bath, equipped. The living area features a sofa corner with TV and stereo space to relax and unwind. The apartments go over two floors and have a balcony that lower addition a large terrace. The child-friendly holiday home is located on a residential street with very little traffic. Börgerende, a romantic fishing village on the Baltic Sea, not far from Warnemünde lies between Heiligendamm and Nienhagen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt allerdings kein WLAN, was man wissen sollte, wenn man mit älteren Teenagern in den Urlaub fährt... Das einzige, nicht so gemütlich ist, ist die Deckenbeleuchtung, die zwar ein helles, aber sehr kaltes und graues Licht abgibt. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es nur eine einzige Stehlampe, die angenehmes Licht macht. Was man auch wissen sollte ist, dass das Schlafzimmer im obersten Stockwerk ein offener Raum ist; es gibt keine Tür zur Treppe und zum Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, so dass man oben jeden Mucks von unten hört und umgekehrt. Das Haus ist super gelegen, direkt an einer kleinen Parkanlage mit Spiel- und Sportgeräten und nur 2 min Fußweg vom Strand und dem Brötchenladen entfernt. Vorsicht mit der Außentreppe im Winter! Sie ist sehr steil und war bei unserem Aufenthalt leider vereist und somit spiegelglatt. Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut in der Ferienwohnung gefallen und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
