Beach house WE 01 - cottage

The 2019 newly built beach house, is within walking distance only about 400 meters from the Baltic Sea. Far from mass tourism, in the former fishing village Börgerende, directly on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The Ostseeradwanderweg leads directly over Börgerende. Swimming, lounging on the beach, fishing, endless walks along the sea to Warnemünde or Kühlungsborn, by bike along the Baltic Sea cycle path, ride on the steam train Molli, golf, horseback riding ... everything possible!

House:
The new beach house built in 2019 invites you for a relaxing holiday. A quiet residential street you reach your domicile. A reserved parking space in front of your house makes unloading your holiday luggage a "breeze". Free Wi-Fi is available for you. Via your own front door you reach the ground floor, the hall is furnished with wardrobe and shoe cupboard. To the right of the hallway is a guest bathroom with shower room. Your living-dining room invites you to linger. These include a large solid wood table with 6 seats, a cozy corner sofa and a 139cm TV / Tripletuner. The L-shaped fitted kitchen open to the living-dining area is equipped with brand-name appliances. Of course, this includes a dishwasher. In the adjacent fenced garden welcomes you to a south-facing terrace with a comfortable Sitzgruppe.Über a high-quality staircase to reach the upper floor with two bedrooms. Here you can enjoy your "holiday dreams" in 1.80x2.00m wide double beds. In both bedrooms TV / Tripletuner are also available. Another shower room with WC is available on this floor. If necessary, a third double bed (1,80x2, 00m), in the loft, 2nd floor is available. A washing machine with dryer provided in the utility room is also available free of charge. Your house has underfloor heating, the living / sleeping rooms are covered with easy-care design floors in wood look. Your pet can enjoy the holiday with you. The Baltic Sea with its endless sandy beaches can be reached on foot in about 450 m. In the village are restaurants, ice cream parlor and shopping for daily needs available. Smoking is not allowed in the house. A pet is welcome (6,00 € / night and once 12,00 € pet cleaning). Cot and high chair are available for a fee. Linen sets are chargeable to book. Angenehmer Aufenthalt,1 Parkplatz ist wenig bei einem Haus für 6 Personen und eine Tür im Dachzimmer wäre auch nicht schlecht da das Haus ziemlich hellhörig ist

Eigentlich ein schönes Haus. Leider war das Erdgeschoss nicht geputzt. Wir haben gebrauchte Taschentücher vorgefunden, das Frühstücksgeschirr sowie einige Schalen, Töpfe und Kochutensilien standen benutzt in den Küchenschränken! Die Couch war von Hundehaaren übersät. Dies hat einen sehr negativen ersten Eindruck hinterlassen. Ansonsten ist das Haus schön eingerichtet. Allerdings möchte ich erwähnen, dass die Küche meines Empfindens nach, unzureichend ausgestattet ist und das Geschirr nur für 5 Personen reicht und dies auch nur „zusammengesucht“.

Leider haben wir ein komplett ungereinigtes Haus übergeben bekommen da die Absprache zwischen der Reinigungsfirma und der Hausverwaltung nicht funktioniert hat. Wir haben nur eine müde Entschuldigung erhalten für den Preis finde ich es unverschämt,man hätte sich von Seiten der Hausverwaltung etwas einfallen lassen können. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Möbeln welche auch in einem sehr guten Zustand sind. Es ist nur ein Parkplatz vorhanden und kein Fahrradhaus,man kann seine Räder aber in den umzäunten Garten stellen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und man kann bequem zu Fuß an den Strand laufen . Der Strand ist steinig aber sauber. Alles in allem würden wir hier wieder Urlaub machen.

Das Bild vom Garten im Inserat sollte an den jeweiligen Wohnungen angepaßt werden. Desweiteren sollte man öfter nach dem Geschirr/Gläser sehen (Anzahl) Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr schön eingerichtet und hat genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Da es sich um Reihenhäuser handelt die sehr eng aneinander gebaut sind, sollte man mit Nachbarn rechnen die früh aufstehen und im Garten Kaffee trinken dementsprechend ist auch die Lautstärke vielleicht schon morgens zu laut für den ein oder anderen.
