The 2018 completed villa STRANDPERLE with seven individually and tastefully furnished apartments is located just a few steps from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments are modern and furnished to a high standard. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, the Villa STRANDPERLE is the perfect starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retire and to find peace and relaxation. Far away from mass tourism is the former fishing village Börgerende directly on the Baltic Sea beach between the "White City by the sea" Heiligendamm and the Baltic Sea Nienhagen. An appealing new construction in the style of modern resort architecture preserves the original character of the place. The beach of Börgerende is divided into textile and nudist areas, as well as a dog beach. But not only water lovers come here at their expense. Nature lovers will know Borgerende in every season and learn to love. A walk along the sea to the ghost forest, a hike to Heiligendamm, a visit to the Doberaner Münster, a trip to Warnemünde, Kühlungsborn or Rostock are just a few suggestions for an interesting stay. The approximately 1. 100 km long Baltic Sea Cycle Route leads directly along the water through the town Börgerende. Swimming, lounging on the beach, fishing, walks along the sea to Heiligendamm, by bike along the Baltic Sea cycle path, a ride on the train-Molli, golf, horseback riding ... everything is possible!

Flooded with natural light, there is a spacious walk-in shower, above the modern vanity there is a large mirror illuminated with indirect light as well as a shelf for your personal belongings and a hairdryer are also available in the bathroom. After a relaxing day at the natural beach, relax on the terrace equipped with garden furniture and parasol. The special features The apartment has its own free parking. Please note that this apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Linen set, travel cot and highchair can be booked for a fee. Schöne gemütliche Wohnung

Wir haben zwei schöne Tage hier verlebt. Die Wohnung, ist sehr gemütlich und in bester Lage. Das einzige, was zu bemerken ist, dass die Sauberkeit, nicht dem entsprach, wie man sich das so vorstellt. Boden war nicht gewischt und alte Taschentücher in der Bettritze, müssen nun wirklich nich sein. Hinter dem Vohang im Schlafzimmer, waren Staub und Spinnenweben. Aber trotzdem, würde ich dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank.
