The residence is located in the center of Börgerende, just a few steps from the beach. From many apartments you have direct or side view to the sea. For excursions into the surroundings and many leisure activities, the residence "Am Meer" is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. All the apartments in the residence at the sea have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating and large bathrooms with floor-level showers. Each apartment has its own parking space directly at the house. The house has a washing machine and a dryer (coin operated).

Friendly 3-room apartment for four people with two bedrooms, free Wi-Fi access and terrace with garden area. Pets on request, dog basket available in the apartment The apartment is located on the ground floor of the residence by the sea and has a large, northeast-facing terrace. The terrace is furnished with a rattan table, four rattan chairs and a lounge chair. From the living room and the bedroom you have access to the terrace. In the first bedroom you will find a cozy box spring bed (continuous mattress), a spacious, three-door wardrobe and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, a wardrobe and a TV and beanbag with stool. In the living room, the large, L-shaped couch is ideal for relaxing. There is a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player for entertainment. On all windows are blinds and sun blinds attached, in the living room are also overhead curtains. In the open kitchen and dining area you will find the fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven with ceramic hob, microwave and a Tassimo machine and a wooden table with four chairs. The shower room has a walk-in shower and a large vanity with a mirror over the entire width of the vanity. The apartment also includes a guest toilet and a storage room. Non-smoking, pets allowed on request (6,00 € / night and single 12,00 € pet cleaning) Laundry kit, children's travel bed and high chair chargeable. Secure your claim to one of the sought-after beach baskets and book now at special conditions (EUR 7, - per day, EUR 40, - per week).   Please note: Construction work in the surrounding area can lead to impairments. Wir kommen wieder

Wir haben acht Tage in der Wohnung „am Meer 3“ verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Leider war das Geschirr teilweise dreckig und unter dem Bett der Kinder auch. In der Küche fehlten uns manche Küchen Utensilien. Das waren Kleinigkeiten die uns gestört haben aber die den Urlaub nicht negativ beeinflusst haben. Wir hatten super Wetter und konnten die Auszeit richtig schön genießen 😄

Schöne, gemütliche Wohnung in gepflegter Anlage

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung erwarten würde. Das Boxspringbett empfanden wir als etwas durchgelegen und wir hatten mehrere Ameisenstraßen zu Beginn. Das waren aber auch die einzigen Minuspunkte. Zur Appartmentanlage könnte man noch anmerken, dass die Parkstreifen schwer sichtbar sind und wir dadurch manchmal Platzprobleme bekamen. Auch die Plastikmülltonne war gefühlt fast immer voll. Und das, obwohl nicht alle Wohnungen belegt waren. Ein echtes Manko war der fehlende sichere und wetterfeste Aufbewahrungsort für die Fahrräder. Das hatten wir nach dem Anzeigentext anders erwartet. Wer stellt schon gerne sein teures Fahrrad einfach vor das Haus… Ansonsten haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Zentral für alle möglichen Aktivitäten gelegen und sehr ruhig. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet - die Lage top. Allerdings fiel uns stark die Unfreundlichkeit der weiteren Urlauber sehr auf, was die Stimmung sehr trübte.
