The newly renovated Residenz Am Meer with its eight individually furnished apartments is located only a few steps from the beach in Börgerende. From many apartments you have direct or side view to the sea. For excursions into the surrounding area and many leisure activities, the residence "Am Meer" is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. All the apartments in the residence have terraces or balconies, floor heating and large bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling showers. Each apartment has its own parking space directly at the house. The house has a washing machine and a dryer (coin operated).

2-room apartment:
Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with direct sea view just a few steps from the beach. This apartment is for max. two adults and two children (up to 15 years) and is located on the first floor of the residence Am Meer.   The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a flatscreen TV. Both living and sleeping areas have access to the balcony and black-out curtains are provided in both rooms. The balcony is facing north and has a table with four chairs. Here you can enjoy the view to the sea. In the living room you will find a comfortable leather couch, a leather armchair and a glamor. The couch can be pulled out and used as a bed. A flat-screen TV with integrated radio, Blu-ray player and a sound system are included in the technical equipment. Here you have a small collection of DVDs and books. The open cooking and dining area has a built-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with separate freezer compartment and a pull-out dining table with four leather swing chairs. The shower bath has a floor-level shower, towel warmer, wide washstand with mirror and a hair dryer. Additionally exists a storeroom. A free car parking space is available at the Residenz Am Meer.   Non-smoking, pets not allowed. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
