Villa Seeadler WE 20 Penthouse Apartment - 2 bedroom apartment

The Villa Seeadler, completed in 2013, with individually furnished apartments, is only 50 meters from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments in Villa Seeadler have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating and bathrooms with floor-level showers. There is a bicycle storage facility in the underground car park. The Villa Seeadler is the ideal starting point for excursions into the surrounding area and many leisure activities, and at the same time the perfect place to relax and find peace and relaxation. Almost all apartments have either an underground car park or a parking space directly in front of the house. A coin-operated washer and dryer can be found in the ground floor area of the house. Please note: Building activities in the surrounding area may cause adverse effects.

2-room apartment:
Very nice two-room apartment with private sauna and sea view - furnished for two people.   The friendly apartment is located on the top floor of Villa Seeadler and offers a relaxing stay. The comfortable bedroom has a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen in the kitchen and dining area leaves nothing to be desired. You can sit comfortably at the round table. In the living room you have a couch and a stool to relax. The equipment includes flat screen TV, radio and DVD player. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, towel warmer, washstand and mirror. From here you can reach the coin-operated sauna, where you can relax at any time. On the north-east facing roof terrace you have a beautiful view to the sea. The beach is only a few steps away. In addition, the apartment has a free underground garage.   Non-smoking, no pets. Laundry, childrens bed and high chair chargeable. Secure the claim to one of the sought-after beach chairs and book now for special conditions (EUR 7, - per day, EUR 40, - per week). Your apartment includes an underground parking space. Please note the clearance height of max. 1,90m. If the maximum clearance is exceeded, it is possible to switch to a paid parking in the immediate vicinity.  

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Neue Ferienanlage mit Geschäften und Restaurants

Neuwertig, sauber, gepflegt mit Meerblick. Allerdings ist die Couch verbesserungswürdig, für 2 Personen knapp bemessen. Man sollte jedoch beachten, dass grundlegende Utensilien wie Müllsäcke (nur die die bereits im Mülleimer sind), Spülmaschinentabs, Lappen, Wischtücher (jeweils 1x erhalten) nicht in der Wohnung sind und mitgebracht werden müssen.
